Returns Policy
We will gladly accept any unworn, unused items with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Fill Out the Return Form: Download and complete the Return Form from our website. You can also contact us at shop@pakistanleatherbelt.com to request the form.
- Package the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged with the completed Return Form included inside the package.
- Ship the Product Back: Customer needs to return the merchandise via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) on their own expense to the address below:
- Pakistan Leather Belt
- Street #2, Shujah Abad, Neika Pura, Sialkot, Pakistan.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refund Processing:
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
Exchanges Policy
We offer exchanges for items purchased within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

- Fill Out the Return Form: Download and complete the Return Form from our website to request an exchange.
- Package the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged with the completed Return Form included inside the package.
- Ship the Product Back: Return the product via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) on your own expense to the address below:

Exchange Shipping Costs:
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we offer free shipping on the exchanged item for the first exchange within the 30-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased outside of the 30-day return window
Worn, used, or damaged products not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
